Program Manager / Transformation Program Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate project vision into program scope, design, and executable plans
  • Develop program roadmaps, implementation plans, and delivery strategies aligned with stakeholder objectives
  • Establish processes for identifying, managing, and escalating program risks and issues
  • Track and report program KPIs, milestones, and overall delivery status
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency and mitigation plans
  • Establish and manage program governance, oversight, and controls
  • Apply a risk-based approach to forecasting tactical, operational, and strategic impacts
  • Integrate project plans into a consolidated program plan and manage delivery performance
  • Develop business cases and support end-to-end transformation initiatives
  • Drive clarity in ambiguous environments and focus teams on high-value outcomes
  • Manage program scope, priorities, and dependencies using data-driven decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technology stakeholders
  • Lead program communications, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement
  • Provide timely updates on program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships across Business and Technology teams
  • Support resource planning, project scheduling, and delivery governance
  • Drive organizational change management activities and adoption strategies


Must-Have Skills

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
