About Us

Grace Harbour is a private outpatient mental health practice with staff in Georgia and South Carolina dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients, strengthening families, and instilling hope in tomorrow. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Our team of clinicians have extensive training and experience working with clients of all ages in individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

About The Role

We are seeking a Full-time Evidence Based Program Manager toย collaborate with the supervisors to address administrative support for the programs, while the supervisors have responsibility for the clinical and administrative oversight of MST and FFT staff and cases. The program manager understands the requirements for the effective delivery of MST and FFT and ensures that the necessary program practices are in place, including overcoming barriers to those practices as needed.

  • Collaborate with MST/FFT Program Developers, Consultants, and Supervisors to develop and monitor program goals.
  • Maintain stable funding mechanism for the programsย 
  • Ensure necessary administrative support for successful program implementations
  • Collaborate with the MST/FFT Consultants and Supervisors in the development of solutions to program-level barriers to the implementation of the MST and FFT models
  • Collaborate with the MST/FFT Consultants and Supervisors to provide reports to agency administration, funding sources and referral sources as required regarding program outcomes, cost effectiveness, and program practices
  • Develop personnel procedures in collaboration with MST/FFT Consultants, Supervisors, and others as needed
  • Collaborate with the MST/FFT Consultants in hiring MST/FFT supervisors
  • Support the MST/FFT Supervisors in hiring therapists, in collaboration with MST/FFT Consultants

Compensation

This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.

  • Compensation: $67,100 - $86,162

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject areaย 
  • A valid, unrestricted, SC driverโ€™s license, and current automobile insurance are required.
  • Independent licensure ย (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, LAC).ย
