Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in program management.

Our team of data center operational technology security Technical Program Manager (TPgM) is chartered to innovate, design, and standardize mission critical systems to improve the cybersecurity posture across Google's data center facilities worldwide. We bring operational experience, deep technical knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration, network engineering, hypervisor fluency, and operational excellence together to help scale critical corporate products, services, and programs. Our organization works alongside Corporate Operations Engineering, Security Engineering, Network Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, and Core Infrastructure teams to secure and monitor the efficiency of enterprise systems. This includes risk analysis, prioritization, development, and continuous improvement of both systems infrastructure and employee-facing tools.

Responsibilities
  • Co-own and administer enterprise systems, including regional Windows and Linux environments, while managing global corporate infrastructure workstreams such as hypervisor deployment and maintnance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain robust network configurations, leveraging systems and network administration insights to inform and influence stakeholders across Corporate Operations and IT infrastructure.
  • Orchestrate long-term infrastructure strategy, driving cross-site deployment, resource prioritization, and complex technical initiatives to solve enterprise-scale IT challenges with measurable business impact.
  • Develop business processes and automation to enhance corporate systems security, ensure high availability, and drive proactive issue resolution.
  • Lead and continuously optimize strategic, complex systems engineering programs to maximize consistency and operational efficiency across Google's enterprise fleets.
