WHAT YOU WILL DO:  
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting global logistics   
operations, order control processes, and program execution activities. You will serve as a   
central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, logistics providers,   
warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of logistics   
programs and operational initiatives.  
This role is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment activities, supporting new   
program onboarding, developing operational reporting and dashboards, managing project   
deliverables, and driving visibility across logistics operations. The Program Coordinator will   
leverage data, analytics, and process management to support decision-making, improve   
operational performance, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.  
This is a hybrid position that combines onsite operational support with remote   
administrative responsibilities. Regular onsite presence is required to support daily   
business operations and team collaboration.  


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  
Program Coordination & Operational Support  
Coordinate day-to-day logistics programs and operational activities across multiple   
regions and stakeholders.  
Support the onboarding and implementation of new programs, products, and   
operational initiatives.  
Coordinate cross-functional activities required for operational readiness, including   
logistics, inventory, systems, reporting, and process documentation.  
Monitor program performance and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as   
needed.


Order Control & Fulfillment Coordination  
Support global Order Control activities to ensure customer orders are processed   
accurately and fulfilled on time.  
Monitor order status, inventory availability, and fulfillment activities to identify   
potential risks or delays.  
Partner with logistics teams, warehouses, and stakeholders to resolve order-related   
issues.  
Coordinate priority shipments and fulfillment activities to meet business   
requirements and service commitments.  


Logistics & Fulfillment Execution  
Execute daily logistics transactions, including standard parcel, air freight, ocean   
freight, and white-glove shipments.  
Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics   
service providers.  
Obtain and validate required trade compliance, customs, and dangerous goods   
(DG) documentation.  
Provide shipping instructions to internal stakeholders and external logistics   
partners.  
Monitor end-to-end shipment activity and ensure timely execution against   
established service levels.  
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve shipment exceptions, including delays,   
customs holds, delivery failures, and claims.  
Respond to customer inquiries by providing shipment status updates and logistics   
process guidance.  
Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities while maintaining accurate   
shipment records.  


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management  
Serve as a primary point of contact between logistics operations and internal   
customers, project teams, procurement, manufacturing, and other cross
functional stakeholders.  
Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight   
forwarders, carriers, and vendors.
Support supplier and vendor onboarding activities, including process   
implementation and operational readiness.  
Monitor logistics partner performance against agreed service levels and contractual   
obligations.  
Escalate service issues and work collaboratively with vendors to drive corrective   
actions and continuous improvement.  
Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure   
operational success.  


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:  
Minimum of two years' experience in program coordination, logistics operations,   
supply chain, project coordination, or business operations.  
Experience developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational analytics.  
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.  
Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced   
environment.  
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to   
detail.  
Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable   
recommendations.  
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across   
multiple teams and functions.  
Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, action items, and deliverables from   
initiation through completion.  


DESIRABLE CRITERIA:  
Experience supporting logistics, fulfillment, order management, or supply chain   
operations.  
Experience onboarding new programs, products, or operational services.  
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Order Control Tower, AfterShip, Power BI,   
Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting platforms.  
Knowledge of transportation, inventory management, fulfillment operations, and   
logistics processes.  
Experience with process mapping, SOP development, and continuous improvement   
methodologies.
Experience supporting global operations across multiple regions and time zones.
