Your responsibilities will include supporting daily operations, such as managing phone communications, data entry, and processing program paperwork. You'll assist with planning and implementing engaging activities for youth groups, attending meetings and events to foster a sense of community.Additionally, you will be involved in research focused on youth outreach, prevention, and civic engagement, while also collaborating with other departments to enhance youth involvement. Your efforts will contribute to effective community outreach aimed at promoting, recruiting, and retaining youth in various programs.
