We are looking for a highly organized and detail driven Program Coordinator to support large scale retail fixture, signage, and wayfinding programs for key clients. If you thrive in fast paced environments, love keeping projects on track, and have strong communication skills, this role is for you.

Our offices are located in Paris, Ontario, just off Highway 403, only 10 minutes from downtown Brantford. We offer easy access from Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Burlington, Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Woodstock. Please note that this is an onsite role based at our Paris office.

This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

  • Coordinate retail fixture, graphic, and wayfinding projects that align with brand and client requirements.
  • Review CAD drawings, artwork, and creative briefs for accuracy before production.
  • Manage project documentation, trackers, schedules, and approvals.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to keep all phases of production and installation on schedule.
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines, technical specs, and quality standards.
  • Provide clear, timely updates to clients and maintain accurate information in client portals.
  • Support invoice preparation and project close out with Finance.
  • Coordinate store installations and related logistics.
  • Process dockets, receipts, and inventory using internal systems.
  • Help improve standardized workflows for recurring project types.
Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination or account coordination
  • Experience with retail fixtures (metal/wood), signage, wayfinding, or print production is considered a strong asset
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills with a clear understanding of how clarity and collaboration support successful execution
  • Positive, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and shared digital platforms
