Program support staff ensure the smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operational guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas, including data management, metrics, and reporting.

The successful candidate should be dependable, punctual, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. They should be a team-oriented individual who collaborates effectively with others and provides exceptional customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience, both in person and over the phone.

As needed, the candidate will participate in community events and meetings to engage the public, build relationships, and increase awareness of organizational programs and services throughout Western Pennsylvania and surrounding counties.
