PROGRAM COORDINATOR (PC)

Adult Residential Program

Cotuit, MA | Full-Timeย 

Lead with purpose. Support with confidence.

As a Program Coordinatorย (PC), you will oversee the daily operations of anย adult residential homeย supporting individuals withย Autism and developmental disabilities.ย Youโ€™llย guide staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment. This is aย leadership roleย ideal forย someone experienced, organized, and ready to take full ownership of program operations.


What Youโ€™ll Doย 

  • Overseeย day-to-day operations, assigning tasks and guiding staff to ensure smooth site functioning.ย 
  • Provideย direct care and supportย when needed, modeling best practices for the team.ย 
  • Manage all MAP-related responsibilities, documentation, safety procedures, and site compliance.ย 
  • Coordinate shopping, meal planning, recreation activities, and household needs.ย 
  • Maintainย communicationย with upper management, nursing, and clinical teams.ย 
  • Serve as primaryย on-call supportย except on the APCโ€™s assigned days.ย 

What You Bringย 

  • High School Diploma or GED.ย 
  • Valid U.S. driverโ€™s licenseย withย 1+ year ofย licensedย driving experienceย required.ย 
  • MAP certificationย required.ย 
  • 2+ years prior experienceย supporting individuals with developmental disabilitiesย and implementingย crisis intervention/physical managementย experienceย required.ย 
  • Prior supervisory experienceย required.ย 
  • Strongย communication, organization, and decision-making skills,ย andย ability to lead a team, prioritize needs, and problem-solve in real time.ย
