Job description

Program Coordinator

Oversee the coordination and management of enterprise data program. Assist in planning, execution, and ongoing management of the program, develop and maintain program schedules, monitor program progress, coordinate with cross-functional teams, collaborate with data analysts and data stewards, oversee maintenance and improvement of data infrastructure and tools, serve as primary contact for program stakeholders, prepare and distribute program status reports, facilitate program meetings, ensure program documentation is complete and stored appropriately, conduct program reviews and identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in data management, Business Administration, Program Management or a related field, 5-6 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in enterprise data programs, proficiency in program management software, strong understanding of data management principles and practices, excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail-oriented, PMP or similar program management certification is a plus.

Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices, knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance, familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools, ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
