Program Manager, Weekend Paralegal

Job Summary:

The Weekend Paralegal Program Manager coordinates all elements related to the weekend program. This position works very closely with the Marist Director of the Paralegal Program. The manager works very closely with the Admission staff as they review applications and make recommendations on the acceptance of students.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field 
  • 3 - 5 years' of related experience 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in recruitment of students and onboard students for two cohorts annually - March & September.
  • Coordinate and participate in Virtual Paralegal Information Sessions.
  • Serve as a support/liaison for students, faculty, financial aid, adult admission and Registrar.
  • Coordinate regular meetings and outreach with faculty and Paralegal Advisory Board to keep the lines of communication open and to meet the American Bar Association requirements and serve as a liaison.
  • Provide support to the Paralegal Program Director for the American Bar Association accreditation review process.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Qualtrics survey software
  • Experience advising students
  • Experience planning and coordinating events.
  • Experience recruiting students in a higher education setting
