Healthcare Arizona LLC, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, is an air-conditioned 650,000sq feet manufacturing plant in Goodyear, Arizona. We manufacture advanced memory foam mattresses that help you sleep cooler and more comfortably through the night so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you.

Job Summary: The Quality Control Analyst works in a manufacturing setting with the responsibility of overseeing the control, distribution, and organization of quality control documents and will conduct testing on all aspects related to quality to identify and resolve barriers, defects, and other potential issues. To be successful in this role, you should be able to work with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding Quality Control Analyst should be able to maintain documentation to ISO: 9001 standards.
$50,000 Annual Salary - Exempt
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Translation – Helping out with any information, incoming from China team.
    • Gathering and summarizing the most important information.
    • Communicating important requests. (Samples, viewings, changes, etc.)
  • FAI – Making sure pictures provided are according to the spec sheet requirements.
    • Sales will use these pictures for customer report requests, so it is essential for the pictures to be provided by QC inspectors to show the corresponding information.
  • Organization – Be sure to keep an organized area and be organized with notes and information.
    • Making a list of things that need to be done, or setting reminders of when tasks are due.
    • Help keep an organized work area; this includes helping with keeping our QC lab clean.
    • Keep a record of all items that come in and out of QC lab.
  • Inspections – Some customers will require an inspection to be done before confirming shipment, so it is key to provide the best quality possible.
    • Video call: Focuses on showing the overall structure of the product. certain
    • Written Report: Includes product description as per spec sheet, and FAI pictures.
    • In person: Some customers may ask to come view in person for self-verification.
  • Assembling – Will need to assist in the set up for any inspections and or viewings. These are majorly taken place in QC Lab but will also request to have a a set up done in our warehouse showroom.
    • Physical lifting mattresses/boxes.
    • Transferring amp; collecting material.
    • Collecting data from inspections to report back to management amp; or to customers.
  • Gathering/Shipping samples – Often, we will receive requests from China team to have samples produced and shipped out to clients.
    • Make sure the process runs smoothly. (Samples that are 3 or more layers need to stay overnight to dry before packing.)
    • Samples are presentable and accurate to requirements.
    • Receive samples into our inventory before shipment.
    • Take the weight and dimensions of the package to create a shipping label.
  • Team player – There can be times when we will need help in certain departments.
    • Work with the team to find the best solutions and outcomes.
    • Short staffed, lending hand to ease up the workload.
    • Communicate any sudden changes to the team.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • One year’s experience working in a Quality Control/Assurance role preferred.
  • Three years of related experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in MS365
  • Knowledge of both imperial and metric systems of measurement.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control processes.
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language.
  • Knowledge of arithmetic and statistics as they apply to the inspection process.
  • Knowledge of ISO: 9001
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good team player who can perform efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled at attention to detail in conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
  • Skilled at monitoring/assessing performance standards to make improvements or take corrective action.

Physical Requirements:
