The Aerospace Program Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of complex engineered and innovative product development projects

This position reports to the Director Strategic Programs and is part of the Aerospace Strategic Programs team. The role will be located in New Port Richey, Florida, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner directly with customers to define project scope and requirements.
  • Plan and manage projects by establishing budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure achievable and competitive execution.
  • Lead project execution, managing budgets, timelines, quality standards, and scope changes to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams while serving as the primary liaison between the Pall Aerospace business and customers.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, define performance metrics, and hold teams accountable for meeting established targets.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Prefer 5-10 years of project or program management experience within the aerospace industry, ideally with a large OEM or system integrator.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex aerospace product development projects end-to-end.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams to deliver project objectives.
  • Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) with working knowledge of Earned Value Management.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Ability to travel - with approximately 25% travel, overnight globally

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Managing programs at OEM or system integrator level including supplier management
