Job description

E-logic Inc is looking for a Program Manager to manage all contract operations at Fort Detrick, MD, including coordinating with government representatives, managing staff across multiple locations, and ensuring compliance with performance standards.

Facility: Fort Detrick, 693 Neiman Street, Fort Detrick, MD 21702

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Formulate and enforce performance standards for all contract personnel.
  • Assign contractor work schedules and review all contract deliverables.
  • Maintain continuity between on-site support operations and corporate offices.
  • Respond to Government requests for contractual actions.
  • Establish and manage processes to effectively administer the contract.
  • Assign work effort and maintain accurate timekeeping records for all personnel.
  • Establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility.
  • Coordinate with ADMIN IIIs and Lead BMET IIIs at Fort Detrick, Hill AFB (UT), Sierra Army Depot (CA), Tobyhanna Depot (PA), and Tracy Army Depot (CA).
  • Submit signed monthly progress reports to the COR.
  • Conduct meetings with government personnel to discuss problem areas.
  • Fill vacant positions within 30 calendar days and report vacancies to COR within 7 calendar days.
Key Requirements:
  • Graduate from a DoD or civilian biomedical technician school.
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare and/or mechanical maintenance operations.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of Army logistics and medical equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • CBET certification desirable.
