Job Schedule: 9/80:Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an intern for the Program Management team to support our dynamic organization. This roleย providesย an opportunity to gain hands-on experience inย programย management within a leading technology company in the national security and spacesector.

Essential Functions:ย 

  • Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) toย finalizeย project plan presentationsย 

  • Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) toย establishย timelines, deadlines, coordinate, and schedule meetingsย 

  • Organize, track, andย maintainย project and program documentationย 

  • Participate in project/program meetings as requestedย 

  • Assistย in the preparation of materials to support program meetingsย 

  • Assistย with processing staff expense reports andย adjudicateย issuesย 

  • Assistย with special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the IPPT Business Areaย 

ย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.ย 

Preferred Additional Skills:ย 

  • Experience working with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access,ย Visioย and Power Pointย 

  • Experience with Earned Value Management.ย 

  • Experience with Government FARs.ย 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $62,000 - $115,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
