We are currently seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our hospital team. This position provides hands-on patient support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for both pets and their families.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Veterinary Assistant, you'll play an important role in keeping our hospital running smoothly by:

  • Welcoming clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Coordinating appointments and managing client communications by phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and client information
  • Assisting veterinarians and RVTs with patient care, treatments, and examinations
  • Supporting diagnostic and treatment procedures as directed by the medical team
  • Ensuring treatment, exam, and kennel areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Providing pet owners with guidance on home care instructions and preventive healthcare recommendations
  • Helping create a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors
