As a key representative of the organization, you will facilitate connections to essential programs, assist in administrative tasks, and contribute to the success of the community they serve.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently addressing inquiries in both in-person and virtual settings, ensuring visitors and clients receive timely assistance.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all relevant programs and services to effectively guide clients and connect them with the appropriate resources.
  • Welcome attendees courteously, promptly notify staff of arrivals, and facilitate a smooth flow within the Welcome and Support Centers.
  • Provide clear information about the organization’s offerings, including job readiness, skills training, and employment services.
  • Address client concerns and escalate issues to the Lead Intake Specialist as needed, always aiming to resolve matters with professionalism.
  • Keep the reception, waiting areas, and administrative spaces orderly, clean, and inviting.
  • Manage internal and external communications by answering calls, routing messages, and responding to emails professionally.
  • Support data entry and maintenance of client records within company and state databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Execute additional administrative duties as directed to support daily operations and program success.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; 2-3 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
