  • Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Administrative Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for ensuring that daily activities and interactions reflect the mission and goals of the program.
  • Assist individual children in need of special attention, including provide and model additional individualized support as needed.
  • Assist with physical safety and emotional security of the children.
  • Create a clean, safe environment that is conducive to learning, promoting social relationships.
  • Observe the accomplishments of the children on a regular basis, using daily written anecdotal notes, and entering those notes into the COR
Classroom Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean organized classroom.
  • Proficient in setting up classroom areas and materials. 
  • Creative in planning classroom activities.
  • Skilled at redirecting and management of challenging behavior. 
 Minimum Qualification:
  • 2 years of professional experience working with preschoolers.
