The Program Assistant will support the Heart & Vascular department, supporting Cardiology & Cardiovascular Surgery programs. The clinic name is Ernst Cardiovascular Center.

Essential Functions

  • Data entry, clerical and computer tasks
  • Maintains the database
  • Files and copies paperwork/charts
  • Completes reports
  • Answers phones
  • Completes chart audits
  • Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook
