Job Description

The School of Dentistry Department of Endodontics has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Assistant to join their team.

About this Opportunity

Reporting to the Department Administrator, this position provides comprehensive administrative support for both predoctoral and graduate endodontics programs. The Program Assistant interacts with a diverse set of stakeholders, including but not limited to, faculty, affiliate faculty, graduate and predoctoral students, government agencies, professional dental agencies, private sector sponsors, and other departments within the University of Washington. The role involves coordinating projects, supporting admissions and student activities, managing records and fiscal processes, and serving as a key point of contact for departmental operations.

This is a full-time position in the Endodontics Department which is located on the 6th Floor, D Wing of the Magnuson Health Science Building. The job is onsite and is not eligible for teleworking.

The salary information provided below is for a full-time position.
