We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to support a prestigious, mission-driven membership organization in Chicago that convenes some of the most influential business and civic leaders for high-impact programming and events


This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in event operations, nonprofit administration, or executive-facing programming within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment


About the Role:

The Program Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of high-profile events and ensuring a seamless experience for members, guests, and speakers.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing reservations inboxes and responding to member inquiries
  • Entering and maintaining reservation data in Salesforce
  • Supporting onsite event registration, guest check-in, and seating logistics
  • Preparing event materials including name badges, packets, and seating charts
  • Assisting with inbox management, phone coverage, and front desk reception
  • Tracking attendance, cancellations, refunds, and reporting data
  • Supporting procurement needs including catering and office supplies
  • Assisting with execution of approximately 25 annual programs and events
