Title: Program Administrative Assistant
Contract: 12 months contract
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens
Location: Middletown RI 02842
Shift: 5/40 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: 36.85/hr on W2
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Data Transfer Agent, ensuring the integrity and security of information as it moves between systems.
  • Strictly adhere to established protocols for handling controlled and sensitive data.
  • Transcribe technical discussions, handwritten notes, into polished, professional documents.
  • Demonstrate high typing speed and superior command of grammar and technical terminology.
  • Attend program meetings to record comprehensive minutes, tracking action items, decisions, and deadlines.
  • Distribute finalized summaries to stakeholders in a timely, organized manner
  • Maintain and audit physical and digital filing systems to ensure rapid retrieval of critical program documents.
  • Standardize naming conventions and folder structures to improve team efficiency.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (up to [Insert %] of the time) to support off-site meetings, program reviews, or data couriering to customer locations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Technical Skills:
