Job Description:Provide direct support to summer program students and staff by assisting with daily program activities, monitoring student engagement, and helping to maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
Position: Highly Qualified Support Staff
Summer Support Staff Responsibilities:
Student Support & Supervision - Monitor and support student participation throughout daily program activities, ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment conducive to learning and engagement.
Planning and Implementation of Program Activities - Collaborate with program staff and instructors to assist with all summer programs both academic and enrichment goals across all summer sites.
General Program Operations - Assist with the setup and breakdown of daily activities, support field trips and special events, and perform any additional duties as assigned by the Summer Program Coordinator.
Reports to: Summer Program Coordinator or their designee.
