Job description

Attleboro Enterprises, Inc. serves the residential and day program needs of adult individuals with developmental disabilities. AEI also provides vocational rehabilitative needs in Southeastern, MA. and post-school transition planning for students in special education programs
We are now accepting applications for a Day Habilitation Program Manager. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the day habilitation program located in Mansfield, MA.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Director of Day Programs in hiring, orientation and supervision of program staff members.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and managing program budget.
  • Manage the admissions and discharge of program participants.
  • Ensure filing of prior authorization forms within established timelines.
  • Participation in inter-disciplinary team meetings.
  • Establish and manage the affiliations with outside service providers to ensure participant access to needed medical, therapeutic and clinical services.
  • Maximize participant growth potential through external resource allocations.
Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree in related field.
  • Five years’ experience in health care management, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of iCentrix, HCSIS, and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Hours may change to accommodate the Day Hab program needs.
Starting salary is $80K.
This position is eligible for AEI's benefits package including medical, dental, vision, Long Term/Short Term Disability and Life Insurance, 401K, PTO, Sick Time and Holidays.
