Job description

Job Purpose:
- The Program Assistant I (Part Time) at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER will support the daily operations of behavioral programs. The role involves assisting program staff in the implementation of services and activities, ensuring efficient functioning of program logistics, and contributing to the overall mission of providing quality behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of program activities and events.
- Support program staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
- Facilitate communication between program participants and staff, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of program activities and participant information.
- Help in the preparation and distribution of program materials and resources.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program strategies and improvements.
- Provide general support to ensure the smooth operation of program services.
- Assist with data entry and the maintenance of program databases.
- Uphold the standards and policies of LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER while interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An associate degree in a related field such as psychology, social work, or behavioral sciences is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a behavioral health or social services setting.
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with various departments.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
