Help Build the Next Generation of Agency Owners

We are seeking a highly organized, people-focused Onboarding Specialist to guide and

support future agency owners through one of the most important stages of their careers.

In this role, you will serve as a coach, trainer, and accountability partner for new Agents

from their first day in the licensing process through graduation from the Agent-in-Training

program and the launch of their own agency. You will also play a key role in helping train

and develop agency support staff.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding journey for new Agent candidates.
  • Guide and support Agents through the insurance licensing process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and educational resources.
  • Track Agent progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Provide coaching, accountability, and ongoing support throughout the Agent-in Training program.
  • Assist Agents as they prepare to launch and operate their own agencies.
  • Support the onboarding and training of agency staff members.
  • Partner with leadership to identify development opportunities and improve training programs.
  • Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and progress reports.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for questions, troubleshooting, and day-to-day guidance.

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • Active Life & Health License
  • Experience in training, coaching, onboarding, or insurance operations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships

Preferred

  • Experience with Farmers Insurance systems and processes
  • Insurance agency operations experience
  • Training or leadership development background
