Client is looking for a candidate to start ASAP as a Program Assistant for a Non-Profit Organiation.
This is a full-time on site role, in Ladera Heights (LA 90056)
Job: Program Assistant II
Duties:
Maintain new case files and keep track of all parent and provider files ordered.
Organize and maintain filing system of fraud records and materials and maintain sufficient inventory of office supplies and equipment for individual unit.
Maintain a daily log of all documents, ordered, copied and delivered to the various law enforcement agencies and law enforcement officials in Los Angeles County
Coordinate and comply with all requests for information from other agencies (local law enforcement, DPSS, Housing Authority, etc.)
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience
Minimum two years general office.
Experience working with parents receiving subsidized child care or social support services preferred, with a minimum one year of experience in a administrative or clerical support position.
Education:
High School diploma required.
Associate of Arts degree in the Social Sciences field preferred; years of related work experience can be substituted for the AA degree.
Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and customer relations skills.
Requires strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Must have considerable accuracy and ability to produce in a timely manner.
Must be flexible and able to multi-task while working in a collaborative, team environment with a positive attitude.
