The Arc of Ocean County is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to help lead our Adult Day Services Program. This leadership position offers the opportunity to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while helping oversee program operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services are delivered every day.

Position Information

Location: Tuckerton, NJ | Toms River, NJ | Lakewood, NJ

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of Adult Day Services operations to ensure programs run efficiently and effectively.
  • Partner with program leadership to maintain high standards of service delivery and participant care.

Requirements

We're seeking a motivated professional with a passion for leadership and person-centered services.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a direct support, vocational, or adult day program setting.
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five (5) motor vehicle points.
  • Experience assisting with staff supervision, program coordination, and daily operational functions preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screenings and maintain compliance with agency drug testing requirements.
