Program Support Assistant

The incumbent serves as Program Support Assistant and provides support to the Service regarding all aspects of the Service activities at the Amarillo VA Health Care System. Assists with formulating policies and procedures, implementing and maintaining program goals for the volunteer program, and other Service programs and taking actions which affect services throughout the facility. Screens and process volunteers via data entry during the recruitment and placement process.
