Our solutions are designed and managed to not only reduce costs, but to improve business processes, accelerate response time, improve services to end-users, and give our customers a competitive edge, now and into the future.  Position Description: The Law Enforcement (LE) & Security IT Technical Program Analyst provides senior-level technical, analytical, and program management support for complex Department of War (DoW) law enforcement, security, and information technology initiatives. This role supports the planning, coordination, oversight, and execution of enterprise-level security infrastructure programs, policies, and strategic initiatives that support senior DoW leadership and mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in LE and Security IT systems, infrastructure, policy development, program analysis, and interagency coordination within the Defense and Intelligence Communities.

Location:   Arlington, VA (Onsite) Clearance:  Active TS/SCI Clearance Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:  * Provides expert technical, managerial leadership, and direct support for problem definition, analysis outcomes, requirements development, and implementation of complex LE & Security IT and infrastructure projects and programs. * Supports the oversight and management to a broad spectrum of complex Defense LE & Security infrastructure programs and activities. * Assists with support and planning, directing, and coordinating the development of technical strategies, policies, directives, issuances, and/or associated, related materials for issues that require short notice information and decision support requirements for DoW senior leaders.

* Gathers, synthesizes, reviews and/or prepares background, information and read ahead materials for issues and engagements regarding intelligence and security related infrastructure policies, programs, and activities. * Supports the development, review, and revision of technical strategy and policy direction for the coordination, assessment, reporting, and conduct of security related infrastructure activities. * Coordinate, convene and facilitate meetings, working groups, and/or other related fora by preparing and disseminating agenda and read-ahead material, attendee rosters, and meeting minutes.

* Support Government-lead and identified production (to include analyses, assessments, reporting, production, and/or briefings) of LE & security infrastructure issues, enabling data-informed oversight and decision support for senior DoW and Executive Branch officials, and Congressional Staff members. * Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of LE & Security applications and/or implementation advice on complex problems which require a high-level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. * Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of LE & Security technical areas of expertise to specific task orders/programs supporting information technology, logistics support, program management and/or professional/management development training.
