The Project Analyst within the Project Management Office (PMO) will work to ensure that the assigned projects are using the appropriate resources and keeping the program on the path to success by monitoring cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects, using tools like Microsoft Office and daily interactions with subject matter experts, customers, and other project analysts. The art of this role will be using exceptional communication skills (both internally and externally) to help drive successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Work on multiple project deliverables from conception through completion with a granular focus on deliverables, schedule and project performance to include coordination of resources (internal, vendors, etc.), ensuring that FEI meets all project objectives.
  • Understand the scope of project to help drive the successful coordination of teams responsible for the analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, and implementation of FEI platforms.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Project Manager to successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Communicate all deliverable status updates and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership.
  • Review and report contract/project status and benchmarking, with extensive knowledge of various types of contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of the FEI Project Management deliverables, including, but not limited to:

o Deliverable Management, Tracking and Reporting
o Schedule Management, Tracking and Reporting
o Project and Portfolio Reporting (Status, Financial, etc.)
o Meeting Management, Tracking and Reporting (including meeting minutes)
o Performance Measures Management, Tracking and Reporting
o Business Process Development and Documentation
o Change Control Management, Tracking and Reporting
o Project Risk/Issue Management, Tracking and Reporting
o Audit Management, Tracking and Reporting
o Contract Compliance, Tracking and Reporting
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree; 4 years of related work experience in lieu of degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of program or project analyst experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with project management tools and collaboration systems such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, and Azure DevOps (ADO), Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
