Job description

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Training and Development Division of CIVILIAN PERS SUPPORT STAFF.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing and providing advice regarding training data and training systems (e.g., Learning Management Systems (LMS)); 2) Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on a wide variety of training data points to identify constraints and recommend mitigation strategies; 3) Performing program analytics and data mining using data tools and infrastructure to support data-driven decisions; and 4) Functioning as part of a team to plan, present and evaluate assigned projects with rapidly changing requirements.
