At VitalCaring, care isn't just what we do - it's who we are.

As a Hospice Aide / CNA, you step into one of the most meaningful roles in healthcare - providing comfort, dignity, and compassion to patients and families during life's most important moments. This is more than hands-on care. It's about presence, empathy, and creating peace in the place patients call home.

If you are someone who leads with heart and finds purpose in serving others, this is where your impact truly matters.

  • Support comfort through repositioning, mobility assistance, and skin integrity care
  • Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Offer respite support to caregivers and families

Support Comfort, Dignity & Quality of Life

  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN/Case Manager
  • Assist with vital signs and basic care tasks as directed

  • Honor patient preferences, routines, and cultural needs

Communicate & Collaborate

  • Document care accurately and timely
  • Communicate with compassion and professionalism across patients, families, and team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in every interaction

What You Bring

  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to follow care plans, document clearly, and communicate effectively
  • Comfort working with end-of-life patients and families
  • Strong empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patient homes
  • A true patient-first mindset with respect for dignity and quality of life
