Description:
Assists in maintaining an attractive, sanitary and safe facility for students, staff and public; ensures that assigned tasks are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner.
Job Summary:
Cleans assigned facilities such as classrooms, hallways, and entrances for the purpose of maintaining a sanitary, safe and attractive school environment.
Replenishes classroom and restroom supplies such as and soap and paper towels for the purpose of ensuring adequate quantities for daily use.
Supports the custodial staff for the purpose of completing school custodial activities.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 14 years of age and enrolled in school.
Must be able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
Working Conditions:
Works in the school under the direct supervision of the Head Custodian.
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, stooping and kneeling, is required. Will operate job-related equipment.
