Job Description:
Job Summary
The Office of Student Services in the College of Pharmacy is seeking a dependable, friendly, and professional student employee to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This position plays an important role in providing excellent customer service to prospective students, current students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Greeting visitors and assisting them with questions or directing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Responding to general inquiries, taking accurate messages, and providing basic office information.
  • Assisting with general office operations, including filing, organizing materials, copying, scanning, and other administrative support tasks.
  • Maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment.
  • Completing additional projects and duties as assigned to support the Office of Student Services team.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable interacting with a variety of people. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment are highly valued.
Work Schedule:
Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Availability during these hours is required, with specific work schedules determined based on office needs and the student's class schedule.
