Job Summary
About the Role:

Goodco Solutions is seeking a reliable, professional Solar Inspection Sitter and service Technician to represent our team at local building and electrical inspections for solar panel removal and reinstallation projects.


The ideal candidate is someone familiar with solar installation or electrical inspections, but formal experience is not required if you are dependable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend scheduled solar inspections at residential properties across Southern California.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for city/town building and electrical inspectors.
  • Provide access to the solar system as needed and communicate any issues back to Goodco's internal team.
  • Document inspection outcomes and submit a simple report via phone or app.
  • Represent Goodco with professionalism and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record to utilize our company vehicle
  • Must have a smartphone for scheduling, communication, and light documentation.
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with inspectors and homeowners.
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
  • Familiarity with solar or electrical systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

  • $25-30 hourly
