Job Title: Senior Operations Specialist

– Strategic Initiatives (Six Sigma Black Belt)

About The Role: As a Senior Operations Specialist – Strategic Initiatives, you will lead critical efforts within the Services Operations team to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that deliver significant impact for both clients and employees. Your extensive expertise will guide the management of documentation, requirements, and schedules for high-stakes initiatives. You will develop internal project plans, implement real-time tracking systems, and leverage your Six Sigma Black Belt certification to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will enable you to effectively coordinate resources across teams, create comprehensive action plans, and engage in meaningful collaboration with cross-functional departments. You will facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to map business processes, gather feedback on challenges and requirements, and conduct impact assessments for organizational change.
Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading stakeholder feedback initiatives, utilizing interviews and surveys to capture pain points, objectives, and requirements across various business functions.
  • Conducting change resistance assessments and devising strategies to mitigate challenges in implementing process improvements.
