Description
Talent Acquisition Partner
Candidates must be local to the Rochester or Eden Prairie area. Required to be in office 2x/month
Join MedSpeed and help deliver health! We're a healthcare logistics company partnering with organizations nationwide to transport vital medical supplies and specimens. At MedSpeed, teamwork, integrity, and growth drive everything we do. If you're passionate, driven, and ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you. Today, we have a nationwide presence with locations across the U.S., yet we've never lost the entrepreneurial spirit and close-knit culture that defined us from day one.
Our people are at the heart of what we do and how we support our customers. We work as one team, we keep our promises, and we get better every day. These aren't just words; they shape how we support each other, grow together, and deliver real impact.
Our Talent Acquisition Partner role requires a high-energy professional who helps find and hire great people for operations field-based roles. As the main point of contact for candidates, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, devise effective ways to find talent, and quickly fill open positions. This role involves managing the entire hiring process, from posting jobs and reviewing resumes to conducting interviews and selecting the right candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
How You Will Contribute:
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume field roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our mission and culture.
• Partner closely with field hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver tailored recruiting solutions that exceed expectations.
• Accurately and efficiently manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system, keeping detailed notes, maintaining momentum, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Coordinate and execute selection processes, including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling, driving a seamless, efficient hiring process.
• Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms, always staying ahead of the curve in finding the best candidates.
• Work hand-in-hand with HR to streamline the background check and onboarding process, ensuring every new hire starts strong and feels welcome.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and contribute to a high-energy, supportive recruiting team at MedSpeed.
• Jump in where needed, take on additional tasks, and special projects that help us grow and improve.
Skills For Success:
Experienced Talent Connector: Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Relationship Builder: Demonstrated success in developing strong partnerships with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals.
Positive Brand Ambassador: Energetic and people-centric professional who creates impactful first impressions and represents the organization with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Skilled Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
Collaborative Team Player: A natural collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented culture and contributes across departments to achieve shared goals.
Self-starter with Drive: Takes initiative without hesitation, has a proactive mindset, and feels strongly about results.
Independent & Results-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple priorities autonomously while consistently meeting deadlines and performance targets.
Agile & Service-Minded: Adaptable to change, service-driven, and thrives in environments where multitasking and flexibility are key to success.
Tech-Savvy Recruiter: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite preferred); quick to learn new tools and platforms to streamline the recruitment process.
Our Commitment to You:
MedSpeed knows that doing meaningful work starts with being part of a company that values your well-being. That's why, in addition to a collaborative and purpose-driven culture, we offer benefits that support your life both at work and beyond it. This includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; flexible spending accounts; paid time off to recharge; and a 401(k) to help you plan for the future.
The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on factors like experience, skills, and location. A discretionary bonus is also available.
Please beware of fake job offers. MedSpeed only contacts candidates through official channels and never requests personal information outside of our secure application process. All position openings are at www.medspeed.com
