This role primarily focuses on young adults, aged 18 to 30, who are navigating outpatient treatment within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Our clients often face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. As a counselor, you will utilize evidence-based practices to guide them through their healing journey.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to client-centered care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience or training in telehealth service delivery is preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working with young adults in a mental health setting.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000. In addition to a robust salary package, we provide comprehensive benefits, including:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Paid time off and holidays to support work-life balance.
  • Continuing education (CEU) support and free clinical supervision.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Miller Behavioral Services, we believe in investing in our employeesโ€™ professional development. You will have access to ongoing training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities that will enhance your skills and support your career trajectory. As you grow with us, there are pathways for advancement into leadership roles or specialized clinical positions.
