Work Location: Fort Liberty, NC Employment Type: Full-Time, Expert-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled HUMINT Targeting Specialist - Subject Matter Expert to support USSOCOM Staff in conducting HUMINT and intelligence missions. This role involves all aspects of the HUMINT lifecycle, including collection planning and execution, lead generation, exploitation, analysis, coordination, reporting, and adaptive planning to address capability or training gaps. In this role you will apply advanced HUMINT targeting tradecraft to develop courses of action for emergent HUMINT problems, integrate HUMINT into broader targeting and collection plans, and mentor teams to improve long-term HUMINT effectiveness.

Skills and attributes for success: - Plan, coordinate, and execute HUMINT targeting activities across the F3EAD/HUMINT targeting cycle. - Develop HUMINT lead generation and development strategies; manage collection plans and exploitation efforts. - Conduct Human Factors, Human Terrain, Social Network, HVI, and Patterns-of-Life analyses to inform targeting.

- Integrate HUMINT results into all-source target development and operational plans. - Produce timely, mission-relevant reporting and finished intelligence products for senior-level decision makers. - Identify knowledge/capability shortfalls and recommend training or mitigation COAs - Train and mentor incoming HUMINT targeteers and analytic teams on tradecraft, tools, and methodologies.

- Ensure all activities meet legal, policy, and classification requirements Qualifications: - A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in an analytic or targeting capacity within a National Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command staff, or DoD operational units. - No less than five (5) years of experience performing targeting support to HUMINT operations or HUMINT programs. - A graduate of any one or combination of the following: Targeting Foundations Course (TFC), HUMINT Targeting Training Seminar (HTTS), or Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC) or a legacy equivalent (Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course (AHTC), Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), and Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)).

- Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of Life Analysis. - Expert knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT targeting operations. - Expert knowledge in the application of tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to HUMINT targeting.
