Work Location: Arlington, VA Employment Type: Full-Time, Expert-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled HUMINT Operations Integrator - Subject Matter Expert to support USSOCOM in planning and executing sensitive HUMINT and intelligence missions. In this role you will provide specialized, non-personal services across the HUMINT lifecycle-collection planning, data collection, analysis, coordination, reporting, and adaptive planning to close capability and training gaps. In this role you will help integrate, synchronize, and prioritize HUMINT missions and activities IAW DoD policy while maintaining focus on operational outcomes.

You will also apply expert tradecraft to develop prudent COAs for emergent HUMINT issues, set priorities, strengthen long-term HUMINT operations, and ensure strict legal/policy compliance. Skills and attributes for success: - Integrate HUMINT operations with collection, analysis, CI equities, and threat considerations to ensure sound TTPs and mission execution. - Lead HUMINT planning/execution, to include collection management, production oversight, and reporting synchronization.

- Bridge operations and tactical analysis-evaluate, protect, and disseminate raw intelligence to SOC standards. - Conduct risk assessments for HUMINT operations and recommend procedural changes to mitigate operational risk. - Apply advanced HUMINT/ASO/MSO tradecraft to collect, analyze, and fuse complex information; develop actionable COAs.

- Coordinate across USSOCOM elements to align HUMINT missions, activities, and actions with commander priorities. - Prepare and deliver clear briefings and written products for leadership at all echelons. Qualifications: - A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing HUMINT related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent SA operational community.

- No less than five (5) years of experience performing collection management, all-source analysis, and desk officer/reports and two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of HUMINT programs and analysis, and at least one (1) combat overseas tour with SOF operating in a HUMINT analysis support function. - Sufficient interpersonal skills and ability to write/speak clearly to accurately brief HUMINT-related matters at all levels of the supported command. - Expert knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT operations and the ability to integrate HUMINT intelligence analysis and/or products, collections and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threats to ensure the overall soundness and efficacy of HUMINT TTPs, products, and the execution of assigned missions.

- Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information to assist in solving difficult HUMINT and Advanced Special Operations/Military Source Operations issues. - Advance understanding of HUMINT Collection Management, to include evaluation, protection, and dissemination of raw intelligence to bridge the middle ground between operations and tactical analysis to Source Operations Course (SOC) standards. - Expert knowledge of HUMINT operations risk assessment and recommend appropriate procedural changes as required.
