Job description

BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking highly experienced CI-HUMINT Analysts (Senior) to support strategic Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience conducting CI-HUMINT analysis in support of strategic intelligence missions, sensitive operational activities, and national security objectives.

This key personnel position requires seasoned intelligence professionals capable of producing high-quality analytical products, assessing foreign intelligence threats, supporting targeting and operational planning efforts, and delivering mission-critical intelligence support related to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP), DoD supply chains, emerging technologies, and foreign intelligence threats directed against U.S. defense interests.

The selected candidates will support enterprise intelligence operations in dynamic, high-tempo, and mission-critical environments requiring strong analytical expertise, operational awareness, and interagency coordination capabilities.


  • Serve as a Senior CI-HUMINT Analyst supporting strategic intelligence operations and sensitive mission activities across the Intelligence Community and DoD environments.
  • Conduct comprehensive CI-HUMINT analysis related to foreign intelligence threats, hostile intelligence services, insider threats, and other sensitive operational concerns.
  • Analyze regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics impacting Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP), DoD supply chains, emerging technologies, and threats posed by foreign intelligence technical collection capabilities.
  • Produce strategic and operational intelligence products, threat assessments, targeting packages, and analytical reports in accordance with Intelligence Community analytic standards.
  • Support HUMINT targeting and CI operational planning activities by identifying intelligence gaps, operational vulnerabilities, and mission opportunities.
  • Integrate HUMINT, CI, and all-source intelligence information to provide actionable intelligence assessments supporting senior leadership and operational decision-making.
  • Coordinate with IC, DoD, law enforcement, and interagency stakeholders to support mission integration, information sharing, and operational synchronization.
  • Provide intelligence analysis support to operational planning efforts, mission management activities, and strategic intelligence initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level briefings, operational updates, and intelligence assessments to government leadership and mission partners.
  • Ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), security requirements, and analytic tradecraft standards.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools to support intelligence production, reporting, and operational coordination.
  • Support additional duties, responsibilities, and mission activities as required.

Required Clearance

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Must be willing and able to successfully complete a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph examination with a No Deception Indicated (NDI) result on a pre-appointment and periodic basis

  • DoD Intelligence Fundamentals
  • Certified Defense All-Source Analysis Level 1 (CDASA-1)
  • Certified Defense All-Source Analysis Level 2 (CDASA-2)
  • Certified Collection Management Professional โ€“ Fundamentals (CCMP-F)
  • Intelligence Planner Certification

Military / Government Training Requirements

  • Graduate of a U.S. Government all-source Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) or intelligence analytical certification course/program
  • Completion of one of the following:
    • HT-JCOE Joint CI/HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course
    • DIA Targeting Officer Course
    • Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)
    • Intelligence Community equivalent training

Experience Requirements

  • 12+ years of full-time experience in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership positions
  • 8+ years of full-time experience as a CI-HUMINT Analyst supporting strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community operations related to:
    • Counterintelligence (CI)
    • HUMINT
    • Sensitive or specialized intelligence activities
  • 5+ years of full-time experience analyzing:
    • Regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics
    • Foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP)
    • Threats to DoD supply chains and emerging technologies
    • Foreign intelligence technical threats directed against DoD interests

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools
  • Strong understanding and experience applying Intelligence Community Directives, including:
    • ICD 203
    • ICD 206
    • ICD 300
    • ICD 501
    • ICD 704
    • ICD 707
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting strategic CI-HUMINT analytical operations and intelligence missions
  • Experience producing threat assessments, CI-HUMINT analytical products, and operational intelligence reporting
  • Strong analytical writing, briefing, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to integrate and analyze complex all-source intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines
  • Experience supporting operational planning, targeting, and intelligence-driven decision-making processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interagency coordination experience across IC and DoD organizations
  • Ability to operate independently while managing competing priorities in high-tempo operational environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and mission management skills
