Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a professional for HUMINT targeting Specialists to support a government client. Responsibilities include detailed analysis, target identification, and leveraging multi-INT resources. The role involves producing Targeting Packages and using databases like TAC and Palantir. A bachelor's degree, eight (8) years of experience, HUMINT targeting certification, and active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph are required. Experience with strategic HUMINT and/or supporting TF or SOF ย is preferred.

Position Type: On-site

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support against a hard target topic, including in-depth analysis of the topics, in support of operational planning and target knowledge, ensuring its analytical/targeting efforts are aligned with valid HUMINT requirements
  • Focuses analytical efforts to identify, assist, or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning
  • Employs an array of analytical methodologies leveraged against targeting requirements to identify critical nodes within the network and their relationship to the topic
  • Leverages the multi-INT community to support targeting efforts
  • Researches and assesses potential targets for HUMINT collection activities utilizing unique HUMINT targeting methodologies
  • Produces various Targeting Packages (TP); utilizes client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production status
  • Conducts analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases including Think Analyze Connect (TAC), Terrorist Identify Datamart Environment (TIDE), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) databases, Managed Attribution systems (MAS), Quantum Leap Intelligence Exchange (QLIXs), KaCHING, Palantir, and other investigative related databases

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with eight (8) years of directly related experience
  • Certification from any of the following required (or their Title 50 equivalent):
    • Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)
    • Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC)
    • Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous HUMINT operational background directly supporting and/or conducting full spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO) preferred
  • Previous experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF desired
  • Previous support for Strategic Foreign Intelligence Collection against Hard Target (non-CT) issues preferred
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph
