JUNIOR CONTRACTS SPECIALIST (Contingent Hiring)
Work Location: Washington, D.C. region / Atlantic City region / Oklahoma City region
INCATech is in search of Junior Contracts Specialist to support an FAA project in one of the three aforementioned regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in reviewing acquisition packages for completeness
- Support development of solicitation documents using templates
- Conduct market research and compile findings
- Assist in preparing IGCEs and procurement documentation
- Support price analysis activities (data collection, comparisons)
- Track contract modifications, funding, and performance
- Maintain contract systems and files
- Assist with invoice review and closeout documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Experience
- At least 1 year of recent experience in procurement or contracting (1102 or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency with PRISM, FPDS, and Delphi.
- Strong ability to conduct price/cost analysis, prepare solicitation and award documentation, manage modifications, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
