About Us
J&A Group Services is a professional hospitality and security company specializing in luxury hotels, concierge-style guest relations, and high-end customer service. Our team is built on professionalism, communication, appearance, and creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
We are currently seeking a Hospitality Safety Coordinator for our hotel properties in West Hollywood. We are looking for individuals with strong people skills, hospitality experience, and a polished professional presence. Security experience is welcome, but not required - we are willing to train and certify the right candidate.
Position Overview
This role focuses heavily on guest relations, hospitality, and maintaining a professional hotel environment. The ideal candidate is approachable, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate confidently with hotel guests, management, and staff.
This is not a traditional security guard position. We are seeking hospitality-minded individuals who understand professionalism, customer service, and creating a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and visitors
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the property
  • Assist guests with directions, questions, and general support
  • Help maintain a safe, calm, and professional environment
  • Work closely with hotel management and staff
  • Conduct routine property walk throughs and visibility patrols
  • Assist with de-escalation and conflict resolution when needed
  • Complete basic incident reports and daily activity logs
  • Uphold appearance, communication, and hospitality standards

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Hospitality, hotel, concierge, restaurant, or guest service experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Security experience is a plus, but not required
