ProSidian Seeks a Professional Development (PD) Coach (Executive and Leadership) (HRSA4) (Government & Public Services Sector | ProSidian - HR) to support an engagement for The Health Resources and Services Administration

This service supports Government & Public Services Sector Sector Clients (For Present / Future Requirements) and ProSidian Team Members work as part of a Key Personnel Cadre (Labor Category ) to fulfill FFP - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirements for Government & Public Services Sector related Human Capital Solutions for Multiple Parent BPAs For Coaching, Facilitation And Assessments Services on behalf of The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Professional Development (PD) Coach (Executive and Leadership) is an experienced professional with at least 8 years in the field and will have proven experience in business and professional development coaching and the ability to understand complex organizational structures and dynamics. The PD Coach will support and guide the participating teams, helping them develop their skills and competencies, align their goals and objectives, and improve their performance.
