Job Summary:

Leads the execution of Construction Workface Effectiveness (CWE) professional development programs through the coordination of the Design and Deployment teams. Partners with project teams, functional organizations, and subject matter experts to drive the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of learning solutions that align with construction execution requirements and support successful project outcomes. This role maintains a direct connection to active project execution, with periodic project site engagement to ensure programs reflect current field conditions and construction practices. 

"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership”#LI-SM2

Major Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CWE Professional Development Design and Deployment teams.Establish and manage team priorities based on business, project, and organizational needs.
  • Hold team leads accountable for scope, cost, schedule, quality, and execution performance.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team leads and team members.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
  • Direct the development, deployment, and maintenance of construction professional development programs and courses.
  • Prioritize and allocate resources across teams to support successful execution.
  • Remove barriers and resolve issues impacting program delivery.
  • Ensure professional development programs and courses align with construction execution practices, field requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with construction functional managers, project teams, and subject matter experts to identify staff and craft development needs and validate program content and relevance.
  • Drive continuous improvement of learning solutions based on lessons learned, project feedback, and evolving business needs.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor program performance, adoption, and effectiveness metrics.
  • Ensure programs follow established development and deployment standards and processes.
  • Promote consistency, quality, and scalability across the CWE program portfolio. 
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline and 8 -10  years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience. 
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, construction, project execution, program management, or professional development. 
  • 25% Travel 
  • Experience leading teams, programs, or cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, resources, and stakeholder expectations. 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. 
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • EPC industry experience.
  • Experience supporting large capital projects.
  • Experience leading technical or professional development programs.
  • Knowledge of construction execution practices and project lifecycle processes.
  • Experience managing program cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
