Location: Bremerton, WA

Type: Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: Part-time, Temporary

Compensation: $34.06 - $34.06/hour

Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator III to operate keyboard-controlled data entry systems and maintains document listings. The job task requires skill in operating an alphanumeric keyboard, understanding data management procedures, and relevant data entry tasks.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Create, update, verify, and maintain equipment, asset, work order, labor, materials, and preventive maintenance records in CMMS databases.
  • Ensure maintenance data is accurately entered into Government and contractor systems in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Maintain asset inventories, equipment records, job plans, preventive maintenance schedules, and historical maintenance documentation.
  • Review, audit, and reconcile data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contract performance standards.
  • Execute system queries and generate reports to identify discrepancies, missing information, and data quality concerns.
  • Develop and distribute operational and performance reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to maintenance personnel regarding data entry processes and CMMS usage.
  • Support with special projects and workflow process improvements.
  • Use various computer and office equipment, as well as be able to move throughout the office and manufacturing area to talk/hear or otherwise communicate with employees, management, customers, vendors, and others.

Qualifications:

  • High School/Diploma GED is required.
  • Mustpossessexcellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in maintenance, production control, and/or maintenance supervision, including materials and planning integration. Previous experience in construction task order management.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in operations, maintenance management software is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

  • Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
