We are looking for a person that is positive, energetic, respectful, forward-thinking and can be a part of a team.
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets. This position requires strong typing and data entry skills, with attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Sorting and preparing data and files for entry
  • Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before entry.
  • Accurately typing data into digital forms and spreadsheets
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company, vendor, and customer information.
  • Supplying QA manager with requested information
  • Assisting with general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and document management, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Skills / Knowledge:
  • Excellent English communication skills (written amp; spoken)
  • Ability to multi task in a dynamic, fast moving environment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Must be a team player with a positive and professional disposition
  • MUST be VERY detail oriented, and able to take minimal direction
