Material Handler I - Forklift | Warehouse & Fulfillment | Kent, WA

Location: Kent, WA 98032
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Assignment: Through December 31, 2026, with potential to extend or convert to a permanent position

We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler with forklift experience to join our warehouse and fulfillment operations in Kent, WA. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have experience with inventory and shipping/receiving, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely.
  • Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, kit, label, and stage materials for shipment.
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Complete shipping and receiving transactions.
  • Use RF scanners and inventory management systems for data entry.
  • Package materials according to standard operating procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center experience
  • Previous forklift experience (required)
  • Experience with:
    • Shipping & Receiving
    • Inventory Control
    • Cycle Counting
    • Picking & Packing
    • Kitting
    • Material Handling
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Bills of Material (BOMs)
  • Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems
  • Reach truck, pallet jack, or other powered industrial truck experience
