Title: Data Collections Specialist
Pay: 27-30$ hourly
On site in Tacoma, WA
Contract with opportunity for extension
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Locates data within internal software applications; then gather data into one housed document.
Quality verifies data within internal application and data that has already been pulled.
Ensure all data which is housed currently is accurate based on data research.
Follows established corporate and department policies and procedures.
MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONS:
Cross training in other functional areas is required to maintain coverage in critical department functions, e.g, keying, reassociation, and data entry
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Requires the ability to read and follow instructions.
Flexible, able to work additional hours as needed
Can effectively cope with change; is cool under pressure; can handle stress; is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal partners.
Meets production and accuracy standards within 90 days of completion of training.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior lockbox, data entry specialist, data collection or equivalent experience.
Efficient Excel experience
