We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Data Entry Specialist to support short-term administrative work in Spokane Valley, Washington. This is a Contract position expected to last 1-2 weeks and is well suited for someone who can enter information accurately while working efficiently in QuickBooks Online.


Responsibilities:

• Enter numeric and text-based information into computer systems with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

• Review source documents carefully to verify completeness and correct errors before records are finalized.

• Support basic accounting-related data tasks, including updating financial or transactional records as assigned.
